Help service families find your practice by joining the Lifegiver Directory

Thank you for wanting to join our network of providers that have a passion to serve military and first responder families! We take great pride in sending only the best to service families in need.  In order to register as a mental health provider, you must meet the following criteria:

• Military/veteran or first responder spouse
• Military, veteran, or first responder (active or retired)
• Current chaplain that works with military and/or first responder families
• Civilian provider with proof of at least 3 years experience, prior service listed above, or CEU’s/certifications that show competency
• Hold an active, unrestricted license in one or more states
• Mention of supervision if currently under an intern/associate license
• A yearly fee to list on the directory ($10/yr $5/yr for additional franchises)
• Accurate and current information about you and/or your practice
