In order to register as a provider, you must meet the following criteria.

Clinicians

  • Military & first responder spouses, veterans, first responders, retired military & first responders, chaplains, etc. Civilians who may not have personal experience in the service lifestyle must have the passion, education, and experience to work with service families.
  • Personal experience, proof of at least 3 years experience working with service families or CEU’s/certifications that show competency
  • Hold an active, unrestricted license in one or more states
  • Mention of supervision if currently under an intern/associate license
  • Accurate and current information about you and/or your practice

  • Organizations must be an active 501(c)3 nonprofit. Services may include retreats, inpatient/outpatient care, or other services that might be beneficial to the military & first responder community. Listing are FREE for Non-profits
