I’ve had my own fair share of struggles with habit changes – cutting out addicting foods from my diet, starting a workout routine (and sticking to it), overeating and binge eating – just to name a few. When I started my wellness journey, learning about healthier life habits, I was overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting information and strategies out there. Even today, I think it can be confusing to navigate.
There are so many differing opinions on wellness – it’s such a subjective topic. As it should be! How do you know what’s right for you? Wellness is something that is personalized to you and your life.
My role is to help you reach your wellness goals using research-based strategies that work best for your needs. I do not decide for you what your wellness goals should be – that is for you to decide! (Although, I can assist if you feel you need some guidance)
