Arabian Rescue Therapy’s Mission is Horses Helping Humans. We provide equine-assisted therapy, equine-assisted learning, equine facilitated therapy, and HORSESIGHTâ„¢ to clients incorporating arabian and half arabian horses that have experienced trauma but that are now thriving. The horses serve as mirrors to reflect what is needed most to promote the recovery process for their human clients.
We offer a variety of evidenced-based talk therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for mental health and addiction problems, Cognitive Processing Therapy for post-traumatic stress recovery, and also incorporate Person-Centered techniques and mindfulness to approach treatment in a holistic way. Telehealth appointments are available for Texas residents.
