Michele finished her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Minot State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work at Texas State University. She served the military population through non-profits, inpatient, outpatient and 3 years at a military treatment facility.
Michele approaches her practice with the perspective of teaching people to get to know themselves at a deeper level. Michele believes people know what they need, sometimes they just need help seeing that.
I have been married to an active duty service member for more than 15 years. During which time I completed my undergrad and graduate education, post clinical requirements while juggling multiple duty stations, TDYs and deployments. I wanted to focus my practice on reintegration through trauma informed care. I worked at a MFT for 3 years, while there I completed my EMDR training and specialty trainings focused on sleep and grief interventions.
