Sarah is a genuine, culturally competent and compassionate clinician that specializes in treatment of adverse life events and occupational stress injuries. She has over 14 years of experience working in the mental health field, having graduated in 2005 with a Master’s in Forensic Psychology. Sarah is Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified First Responder Counselor, a Licensed Addictions Counselor and a Certified Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. She offers a variety of evidence-based, therapeutic approaches to help reduce symptoms of occupational stress injuries and reactions, learn coping skills and build resilience.
